The Break of Day Capital team implemented a value-add strategy which included a major re-branding by painting the exterior with vibrant colors, improved signage and changing the name from Townhouse East Apartments to Midtown on 2nd. We also changed out the sliding front doors and replaced them with French doors, updated interior units including added a premium level and updated amenities upon acquisition.
We are sad to say goodbye but ecstatic for our investors to put their money back to work and continue to grow their wealth on our next project
